Plans registered after 1975 have a seven-digit number. Those registered before 1975 have a combination of letters and numbers.<br \/>\nThey may also have names such as \u201cWhispering Pines\u201d.<br \/>\nThe condominium corporation must provide you with the following information within 10 days of your\u00a0written request:<br \/>\n\u2022 an estoppel certificate<br \/>\n\u2022 any governing policies of the condominium<br \/>\n\u2022 the particulars of any legal action or claim against the corporation<br \/>\n\u2022 details of any written demand made upon the corporation for $5,000 or more<br \/>\n\u2022 a copy of the corporation\u2019s current budget<br \/>\n\u2022 a copy of the most recent financial statement and\u00a0year-end statement<br \/>\n\u2022 a copy of the latest minutes of general meetings of the corporation and of the board<br \/>\n\u2022 details of any management, recreational and lease agreements<br \/>\n\u2022 a copy of the approved capital reserve fund plan and annual report, including a statement identifying the amount of the capital reserve fund<br \/>\n\u2022 a statement setting forth the unit factors and the criteria used to determine the unit factor<br \/>\n\u2022 the particulars of any post tensioned cables that are located on the property<br \/>\n\u2022 information on any structural deficiencies that the corporation has knowledge of at the time of the request in any of the buildings on the condominium plan<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/auburnbaysetonhomes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Insurance.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-952 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/auburnbaysetonhomes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Insurance.jpg\" alt=\"Insurance for apartments for sale in calgary\" width=\"276\" height=\"183\" title=\"\"><\/a>\u2022 a copy of the corporation\u2019s certificate of insurance, showing the amount of insurance on the complex; and<br \/>\n\u2022 a copy of any lease agreement or exclusive use\u00a0agreement with respect to the possession of a portion of the common property, including a parking stall or storage unit.<br \/>\nThe corporation may charge a reasonable fee for these documents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estoppel certificate<\/strong><br \/>\nAn estoppel certificate is a signed statement from the condominium corporation that certifies the information provided is correct.
